Body Shapes READ DESCRIPTION

Different body shapes, from left to right (these are the names I personally call them):
Hourglass, Stick, Base-Down Triangle, Base-Up Triangle, Slim Hourglass, Round, Box.

My and were talking about how anime characters are nearly always really skinny, voluptuous or sometimes macho. That inspired me to try and draw as many different body shapes as I could think of. Then I did the same ones for guys (which was quite hard, actually.)

As for the guy's shapes, in my defence (if anyone will start saying things like 'guys don't ever look like that') of all the shapes there, I've seen at least one guy who fell into that category. If it looks wrong still, that might just be because I drew it wrong or something. Fact: Some guys do have wide hips.

I know there are probably loads more shapes than the ones I did (I read somewhere that there are about 12 different body types o_0), but I just wanted to do some basics to get me used to drawing my characters looking sorta... different looking? So yeah, hence this.
